Each vessel is hand-formed from exceptionally thin slab-rolled porcelain, delicately shaped and decorated by hand with a blue clay slip — each one bearing its own unique design, from fluid botanical lines and rhythmic wave patterns to a boldly drawn fish motif full of life and personality. Unlit, they are beautiful objects in their own right. But strike a flame, and something truly magical happens — the porcelain walls glow from within, casting a warm, intimate light that transforms any space.

The beeswax is a considered and natural ingredient — harvested directly from a friend’s beehive, as pure and local as it gets. Occasionally, the wax may carry a natural crack — simply nature’s own mark on an already extraordinary object, and entirely inconsequential to the burn.
