Studio Clay Sessions
These workshops follow a 4-week cycle where we focus on taking a project from start to finish. These sessions are a chance for me to share what I know, and for us to build a small community that meets over clay.
Beginners are very welcome - and if you've worked with clay before, there's always more to explore.

How it Works
Workshops run on both Fridays and Saturdays — the same project will be run in each block, running as its own 4-week cycle, so choose either the Friday or the Saturday cycle to be a part of.
A four-week commitment is preferred so you can follow the current project from start to finish.
What to Expect
- Start time: 10am sharp, we'll begin with a cuppa and a brief introduction to the day's lesson.
- We run through to 2:00pm, with plenty of time to work at your own pace.
- Tea and coffee provided throughout the day.
- Please bring your own lunch — we take a relaxed break together around midday. There is a gas stove available to heat food.

If you'd like to have your clay to work with at home, you can purchase clay from the shop at Driving Creek Railway and Potteries.
Where to Find Me
PARKING
As you come through the driveway gate at #23, you'll see a parking sign on the lawn, right by the blue letterbox with green leaves painted on it — that's your spot, just inside the gate. The lawn is driest there for parking.
The first house you'll see belongs to my wonderful in-laws, Pete and Vicki — give them a wave and say hi if they're out and about!
From there, follow the signage across a little bridge, which will lead you straight to my studio.
It's a lovely short walk in, though the lawn can get quite wet, so gumboots are a great idea, and an umbrella too if it's raining. If you are mobility limited and need to drive closer, then just continue straight up the driveway instead, you'll pass Pete and Vicki's house on the left, then carry on up to ours.
Payment
